Big Daddy Rabbit Room Bedroom 1

The Big Daddy Rabbit Room, labeled as "BRD Room," is the main floor’s master bedroom, with king-size bed. Located just off the living room and parlor, it offers multiple entryways, including direct access to the back patio. A private bathroom completes the room.

Rose Room  Bedroom 2

The Rose Room is a second-floor, front-facing bedroom that captures abundant sunlight, from morning to evening, from its east- and south-facing windows. Furnished with a vintage vanity, four-post double bed, and rose-colored accents, it’s a bright, welcoming space.

Daisy Room Bedroom 3

The Daisy Room is another front-facing, bedroom, large in size with a king size bed as the upper master room. with the best view of the pond out front. This room is painted yellow, as are the rest! With sage green and natural wood accents. Great for sunsests. 

Iris Room Bedroom 4

The Iris Room is one of four upstairs bedrooms, located across from the upper master on the back side of the Manor House. It features both a full- and twin-size four-poster bed and offers views of the backyard, where family gatherings and even weddings are held.

Daffodil Room Bedroom 5

The Daffodil Bedroom offers immediate access to the back staircase, game room, dual-entry bathrooms, and upstairs hallway. Perfect for children’s sleepovers between cousins or siblings, the room features three twin-size beds and large windows overlooking the back patio.

Kitchen

The Manor House kitchen, an addition completed in 1926, is fully equipped for cooking and baking. With a cozy breakfast table and tall bar seating, the space accommodates multiple members of your event, making it easy to gather and work together in the kitchen.

Dining Room

The grand, centrally located dining room sits at the heart of the Manor House and features a 10-foot dining table. French glass doors lead from the living room to the two-toned, yellow room. Gather here for rehearsal dinners, family reunions, professional dinners, and more.

Living Room

Upon entering through the Manor House’s bright yellow front door, guests are welcomed into a traditional farmhouse living room. The space feels timeless, with a wooden staircase, traditional art, fireplace, and built-in shelves accented by antique light fixtures.

Porches & Patios

The porches and patios may be some of the best features of The Manor House! Enjoy two covered front porches, perfect for relaxing in the shade, and a large back patio that seats 12+ guests, featuring three bright yellow shade umbrellas and a nearby fire-pit.

Parlor

The Parlor, a secondary living room, features a large couch, TV, and a comforting space to chat. This sunlit room connects the primary living room to the master bedroom. Be sure to look for “Big Daddy Rabbit” keeping watch at the parlor door.

Game Room

The game room, themed in black-and-white cow print, features two TVs, board games, bean bags, and a mini fridge, making it child-friendly for movie nights. The room is accessible from both the back staircase and near the Daffodil Bedroom.

Bathrooms

The Manor House has three full bathrooms, one half-bath, and a laundry room. Full bathrooms are located off the BDR Bedroom, the kitchen, and upper hall. The half-bath is attached to the upper full, separated by a door, and is accessible from the Daffodil Room.

Backyard

From wedding ceremonies and cozy fall nights by the firepit to brunches on the patio, The Manor Houses's large backyard is where memories are made. Views of surrounding mountains and endless farmland sets the scene for these special moments.
